Learn to soothe and connect with your infant by using gentle and easy massage techniques! Infant massage can relieve stress in both the infant and caregiver, relieve common baby discomforts such as colic and gas and provide a wonderful opportunity for bonding. Classes are one hour in length, once a week for four weeks. A special introductory class for $15 (the usual fee is $20) will be held on Wednesday, May 27 from 0930 to 1030. It will be held at Aura Palace at 2777 Steeles Avenue West in North York. During this hour you will learn and practice several massage strokes with your baby and receive informative handouts as well as a bottle of vegetable based massage oil.
